Before we start, I walk the floor with you and we decide what it needs. While we work, you can call me with any question. When the floor is done, we walk it again together before we leave.

Will the color match what I picked?
Stain looks different on every floor and in every light, and a chip at the store won't tell you much. After sanding, we put samples right on your boards and you choose in your own light. Nothing goes on the whole floor until you've picked.
How long will we be out of those rooms?
Most rooms take a few days, depending on the size and the finish. The schedule is in your written quote, and we stick to it.
What happens to the rest of the house?
We cover what stays, close off the work area and clean up before we leave. The finishes we use are safe for kids and pets once they cure, and we'll tell you when the floor is ready for furniture.
