Stain reads differently on every species and in every room. After sanding, we put samples on your floor so you can choose in your own light before we finish the whole room.
A color change is one of the most common reasons people refinish: orange-toned oak taken to a natural look or a modern gray-brown, or a light floor taken dark. If the boards are thick enough to sand, refinishing usually costs much less than replacing them.

I've worked with hardwood for 15 years. Natural Flooring is my family's business, and we're based here in Overland Park, with our own office, showroom and warehouse.
Before we start, I walk the floor with you and we decide what it needs. While we work, you can call me with any question. When the floor is done, we walk it again together before we leave.
