We come out, look at the floors, measure and ask what bothers you about them, what color you have in mind and how the rooms get used. If you think there's hardwood under the carpet, we check.

Color and finish
Most rooms take a few days
After sanding, the stain samples go on your floor and you pick in your own light. Then we apply the stain and the protective coats in the sheen you chose.
